advertisement will be active for a period of 14 days only. You
will receive a mail indicating the activation of your advertisement
and your unique Ad. ID. |

After
that, if the person wishes to continue he will have to fill
up the form once again. It is the responsibility of the advertiser
to inform LMI / GDI if the advertised good / service is bought
before the completion of the 14 days by sending a mail with
information to de-activate the advertisement by indicating the
unique ID number of his advertisement. |

Else
the advertisement will remain active for the required period
of 14 days. LMI / GDI is only responsible to show the details
of the classified ads. beyond that LMI is not responsible for
any other liability. LMI is not responsible for any dealings
with the concerned party. LMI is not responsible for the authenticity
of any claims made by the advertiser. LMI is not responsible
for condition and price of the goods/services being advertised.

LMI
has the right to accept or reject any classified mail received
without assigning any reason for the same. |

All
disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent
courts and forums in Delhi & New Delhi only. |
